Blue Dot Brdg is a Mumbai company that runs consumer brands end to end: we import, sell, store, deliver and check every payout, with warehousing, customs filing and delivery capacity that scales on demand. We are hiring two people who already know their subject, and we are honest on every page about how demanding each seat is.
What we do
One route from the factory gate to the customer's front door. A brand buys the whole route or the stations it needs.
Selling on every channel
Our own online stores and the marketplaces; quick commerce where the platform's economics allow it; and for our own brands, retail stores and B2B accounts. Each channel has its own price floor and its own paperwork.
Operations behind the sale
Labels and product compliance, a warehouse, delivery and returns, and marketplace payouts checked line by line.
Exports and going overseas
Export documents and freight for Indian brands, from small shipments to container loads, with the Indian business kept running while the founder builds abroad.

How we hire
Subject knowledge first
Nobody joins without it. Each role page lists the technical ground you must already stand on. If several items are new to you, the role is not the right one yet.
A check of real work situations
Before an interview you answer a set of situations from our own files, one at a time. There is no trick: each option is a way someone does the job.
Show, don't tell
In the interview we ask you to show how you did each one: the report, the sheet, the filing.
Ninety days with three gates
You know by day 30 how you are doing. Training is adult-style: a real problem from your own week, with management as the model.
What you are not expected to bring: the website, the paid ads, SEO and the online funnel are run by management, fully. Operations, imports and customer support run beside each role, not under it.
